THE CAMPERS out now
The Campers is in bookstores and available online, and both the e-book and the audio book are able to be purchased or borrowed from your local library. The last 10 days have been a whirl of radio and podcast interviews, bookshop signings and a ‘social media tour’ (bless those bookstagrammers).
Most reviews so far have been positive and I’m very grateful to those who’ve read, digested and posted about the novel. The timeliness of the subject matter — those affected by the housing crisis — is frequently commented on as is the trickiness and moral ambiguity of Leah, my protagonist. And I’m the first to acknowledge that she is a piece of work.
If you’d like to read more of my thoughts on the novel, Queensland Reviewers Collective have posted an interview I did with them on line, as well as a very generous review.
