I’m looking forward to taking part in the for the Rural Crime Writing Festival on Saturday 12 June hosted online by the New England Writers' Centre. Outstanding writers including Emma Viskic, JP Pomare, Benjamin Stevenson, Dan Box and Yumna Kassab will be speaking on their special field.

At 2 pm I'll be speaking about crime writing and creative non-fiction as well as the process of using real events as prompts for fiction. Later in the day, Carmel Shute from Sisters in Crime will moderate a discussion about all things criminally rural.
